If you scan the same item multiple times within a short timeframe, Offinti® detects this automatically and asks how many you want to receive – no need to scan the same item over and over.
Receive it
Confirm the quantity and you’re done.
The items are received immediately – no supplier selection required at this stage.
Offinti® automatically checks for open purchase orders and links the delivery where possible. Any items that can’t be matched are flagged in the online portal and can be reconciled later when the supplier invoice is processed.
