Each branch manager creates a tender for their preferred supplier with the quantities they need per year (no need to send it out yet).
Once captured, you can create a head office tender against your preferred supplier.
If there are any open, unsent tenders from branches, a merge button activates so you can bring in all branch tenders and select what to include.
Voila: All branches combined into one clear, summarised tender covering every product.
Control it
Send your tender to your supplier(s) and let the tender process run.
Once finished, solve it by accepting the suppliers’ prices – all prices are now recorded against every branch.
From that moment, all branches order with the same agreed prices until you create a new tender (for example, at the start of the new financial year).
And don’t worry – we’ll send you a reminder email each year so you never miss the renewal.
